Hours: Monday to Friday with an early start, and Saturday mornings. A good share of our work is tied to airport shifts, so ask about times outside those.
Address: We work across TW3 to TW5 rather than from a shopfront, so there is no walk-in address. We will not publish one we do not trade from just to look local in a search result.

What helps us answer

Both addresses
Roughly how many rooms of furniture
Whether there is a loft, garage and shed, and how full they honestly are
Which floor, and whether a lift takes furniture
Whether the road is a permit street or too narrow for a large vehicle
Whether the dates are fixed or still moving

None of it is compulsory. Send two addresses and we will ask the rest.

If something has gone wrong

Email with your job reference and what happened. It goes to somebody senior, not into a queue. Damage should be reported as soon as you find it — the window is in the booking terms on our terms page.
